SZL Leadership Program focuses on leadership training through workshops which focus on various modules each month such as building self esteem and strong character, teaching how to resolve conflicts appropriately with peers, demonstrating how to develop the strategies and tools for developing leadership skills through student clubs, student government, and model UN. This program teaches students how to leverage these organizations to develop their leadership skills as students.
