OUR MISSION: EDUCATING, MENTORING, AND DEVELOPING THE NEXT GENERATION OF LEADERS.
The mission of the Sigma Zeta Lambda Education Fund is to increase educational access and leadership development for underserved students in Morris County, New Jersey by providing scholarships to college students in need and mentoring and leadership programming for K–12 youth.
Emerging Leadership Program ( ELP)
The Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) is a K-12 youth development initiative designed to equip students with leadership, character, life skills and financial literacy necessary to succeed academically, professionally, and within their communities.

The sigma zeta lambda education fund is guided by an executive board of experienced professionals representing banking, education, science, and ministry, whose collective expertise and commitment to service help advance the organization’s mission of supporting underserved students through scholarships, mentorship, and leadership development.
