The Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) is a K-12 Youth Development Initiative Designed to Equip Students With Leadership, Character, Life Skills And Financial Literacy Necessary To Succeed Academically, Professionally, And Within Their Communities. The program is structured across four development tiers to ensure age appropriate learning and leadership growth.
