  • President & Board Chair

    Kelly Wilson III is currently Head of US Business Banking Strategy and Propositions at HSBC USA, N.A. Prior to joining HSBC Kelly has also held Senior leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase NA, Citibank NA, and AT&T. Kelly brings more than 25 years of experience in strategy and product management, retention and acquisition marketing management, and financial management in both consumer and commercial banking.

    Kelly is a graduate of the Senior Executive Graduate Business Program at Columbia University NY, NY.

    Kelly also has an MBA in Finance from LIU Graduate School of Business Administration, NY, NY. Kelly also has a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Marketing and Industrial Relations received in 1984 from the Kogod School of Business at The American University in Washington D.C.

    Kelly has served as former Board Members of the YMCA of the Oranges, and the Morris County Urban League. He has also served on the steering committee and Society of Families at Colgate University. He also serves as the President and Board Chair of the Sigma Zeta Lambda Education Foundation, and Board Member of the Hope Chest Foundation Education Fund. Kelly is also a proud alumni member of the Nu Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, and currently a charter member and Former Charter President of Sigma Zeta Lambda Alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity in Morristown NJ.

    Kelly is a resident of Mendham NJ, and is married to Stephanie Wilson and they have one son Kelly Wilson IV.

    John has been a banking and financial services professional since 1997, when he began his career with IBM Credit Corp in Armonk, NY. While at IBM, he delivered financial solutions for users and distributors of IT products and services. John would later move on to serve as a commercial loan officer with Sterling Bank and, currently, Columbia Bank. John’s current responsibilities include servicing non-profit clients including both faith-based and community based entities. In his career, John has worked with a hundreds of customers ranging in size from small sole proprietorships to large multi-national fortune 100 companies spanning nearly every industrial sector. John holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Prairie View A&M University of Texas and a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in finance from DePaul University. John is also a CFA Charter holder. John lives in West Milford with his wife of 27 years.

 

  • Board Member

    Norman Burroughs recently joined the Valley organization in the role of Vice President Business Banking. He brings with him 20 years of commercial and business banking experience. With Norman's extensive and diverse background in commercial and business banking, he is a good fit for his role at Valley where he develops new client partnerships.

    Norman is a member of American Institute of Banking. He is also a board member for Calvary Baptist Church Community Development Corporation and New Jersey Community Capital. Additionally, Norman is a member of the Hope Chest Foundation Committee. Norman also serves as a member of the diaconate at Calvary Baptist Church.

    Norman graduated from Upsala Colelge with a Bachelor of Science degree in business management.

    Norman loves all sports. He is an avid sports car enthusiast. Norman loves to travel and also loves to golf in his spare time.

 

  • A social entrepreneur and creative technologist with a over a decade of experience in tech, Antonio has created novel digital products used at companies such as Google, Prudential, NBC, Wyndham, CitiBank, and Roche and developed brand experiences for Fortune 50 corporations, political campaigns, and high-growth startups.

    Antonio is a graduate of Cornell University, holding a degree in psychology and Africana Studies.

 
 
 
 
 

  • VICE PRESIDENT

    Tyree Winters DO, FACOP, FAAP is the Pediatric Residency Program Director and Medical Director of the Overlook Medical Center Pediatric Health Start Clinic. Dr. Winters also serves at the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Lead Physician for the Goryeb Children's Hospital Department of Pediatrics. Fully committed to community pediatrics and his special interest in helping youth combat obesity, Dr. Winters created a dance exercise program for kids and adopted the moniker “Dr. Tye: Hip Hop Dance Doc.” As Dr. Tye, he has been featured in a variety of media, both print and broadcast.

 

  • Clyde “Jerome” Henderson, Jr is currently a Master Data Analyst with Victaulic, a pipe fitting solutions company in PA. He has over 25 years of experience in the IT field as an Analyst, Instructor and Programmer. He has held high level positions in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech and IT field with Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Berlex Inc., Immunex Corp., and Oracle (Principal Instructor).

    Clyde has an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from South Carolina State University and an Associate Degree in Computer Technology from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College.

    Clyde has been a member of the Delta Zeta Lambda alumni chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. since 1997. He currently serves as Secretary of the Sigma Zeta Lambda Chapter Education Fund and Historian of the chapter. Clyde is a Master Mason of the Prince Hall Free and Accepted Masons. He is also a member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks where he has served in various leadership positions as Exalted Ruler, Trustee and District State Vice President.

    Clyde resides in East Stroudsburg, PA. He is married to Janell Henderson (since 1989) and has two beautiful adult daughters, Jewel and Jordan.

 

  • Joshua Haynes is a graduate and proud alumnus of Norfolk State University (Bachelor of Science, Biology) and Fisk University (Master of Arts, Biology). His professional background includes years of conducting scientific research, experience in implementing laboratory readiness in operations and procedures, and conducing extensive clinical studies . Currently he works as a VRD Scientist at Pfizer Inc.

 

  • 20+ year IT professional. The past 8 years have been spent providing technical support to staff and students within the Morris School District. While at the Morris School District, Raymond became a founding member of a mentoring program called Just Like Me where he provides weekly mentoring sessions to current 2nd to 5th grade students.
